Role Purpose
We are looking for a energetic professional to support strategic initiatives in the areas of Operational Technology cybersecurity, process automation, stakeholder engagement, training, and program execution. The role requires a blend of technical understanding, process orientation, communication skills, and the ability to work with OEM, industry, government, critical sector organisations, technology partners, and internal teams.
The person will support the design and execution of cybersecurity programs, especially around OT/ICS security, automation-led process improvements, training delivery, ecosystem engagement, and knowledge initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. OT Cybersecurity Program Support
Support initiatives related to OT/ICS cybersecurity across critical sectors such as power, oil & gas, manufacturing, utilities, transport, and other cyber-physical environments.
Assist in developing program content around:
OT security fundamentals
IT-OT convergence
Industrial control systems and SCADA environments
OT SOC, monitoring, visibility, and detection




Incident response and resilience in OT environments
Supply chain and vendor risk in industrial systems
Standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001, and sectoral guidelines
Coordinate with technology partners, OEMs, sector organisations, and internal teams for workshops, lab sessions, tabletop exercises, and knowledge programs
2. Stakeholder Engagement
Support engagement with senior stakeholders across government, industry, academia, startups, OEMs, cybersecurity companies, and critical sector organisations.
3. Training and Capacity Building
Support the design and delivery of training programs on OT cybersecurity, cyber hygiene, process security, and emerging technology risks.

Training decks
Participant handbooks
Lab walkthrough material
Case studies
Tabletop exercise scenarios
Assessment questionnaires
Feedback reports
