Key Responsibilities :

Drive Communication, Change & Culture for the Digital Hub, designing and executing the overall communication and change activities to support the Hub’s vision, culture, and business goals – and to contribute to the overall global communications and culture strategy and targets of Global Digital Services
Oversee all internal and external communication channels relevant for the Hub (news, intranet, social media, LinkedIn, event communications), ensuring consistent messaging and strong employer branding.




Organize and manage end-to-end events (onsite and virtual) that promote company culture, support our transformation, foster engagement, and create synergies among IT professionals and across technology domains, promoting integration and knowledge sharing.
Act as a cultural ambassador, driving initiatives that strengthen our Winning Culture and digitalization priorities, diversity, inclusion, and collaboration, and advising leaders and teams on best practices.
Monitor and analyze communication and change management effectiveness, continuously improving measures and content based on feedback and business needs.
Closely collaborate with the local and regional communications network in BASF and ensure all activities comply with local (India) requirements and leverage local trends and platforms to maximize impact.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Change Management, or related field.
