What You'll Be Doing
Paid Social Media Campaign Management (Primary Responsibility)
Manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
Manage daily campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, placements, scheduling, and ad delivery.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.




Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copy to improve campaign performance.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and video editors to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
Generate campaign reports and share insights with the Performance Marketing team.
Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and according to timelines.
Campaign strategy, media planning, and overall budget allocation will be driven by the Performance Marketing Lead. This role is responsible for campaign execution, optimization, monitoring, and reporting.
Social Media Management
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
Maintain monthly content calendars and ensure consistent publishing schedules.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and platform-specific content.
Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
