Are you experienced in B2B lead generation and interested in connecting businesses with technology solutions that solve real operational problems?
PearlThoughts is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Part-time, Remote) to help build our client pipeline across Indian and international markets.

This role focuses primarily on lead generation, outbound outreach, qualification, and appointment setting. You will identify companies that could benefit from custom software, legacy modernisation, AI automation, and AI Agent development, connect with relevant decision-makers, and book qualified discovery calls with our founder.
You are not expected to close deals independently. Our founder will handle discovery calls and deal closure. Your performance will be measured primarily by the quality and number of qualified conversations and meetings you generate.

? Key Responsibilities

Research and build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, location, business needs, and decision-makers.
Conduct daily outbound outreach through LinkedIn and email.




Send approximately 20–30 personalised outreach messages per day, referencing something relevant about each prospect rather than using generic templates.
Identify companies showing potential buying signals, such as hiring developers, using outdated technology, or appointing current operations or technology leaders.
Manage our Upwork presence, including submitting tailored proposals and responding promptly to client invitations.
Qualify leads and book discovery calls with our founder.
Maintain accurate lead and outreach information in the CRM.
Report weekly on outreach activity, responses, qualified leads, and meetings booked.

2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or a similar role.
Experience in IT services, software development, SaaS, or technology is preferred.
Proven experience with cold email and LinkedIn outreach, not just inbo
