We are seeking a highly skilled CAE Crash Simulation Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in crashworthiness and occupant safety simulations. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in finite element analysis (FEA), LS-Dyna crash simulations, and pre-processing tools. The role involves performing high-quality crash simulations, analyzing test and simulation results, and delivering engineering solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Education: B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Perform crash and impact simulations using LS-Dyna for automotive safety applications.
Develop, prepare, and validate finite element models using industry-standard pre-processing tools.
Conduct detailed analysis of simulation and physical test results and recommend design improvements.
Take ownership of assigned deliverables while supporting overall project and team objectives.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of simulation activities.
Develop and implement efficient simulation methodologies to improve engineering processes.
Handle multiple simulation projects simultaneously while maintaining engineering quality standards.
Collaborate with design, testing, and cross-functional engineering teams to achieve project goals.
Adapt to evolving project requirements and support business needs, including shift-based work when required.
Required Skills & Experience
4–6 years of experience in CAE Crash Simulation.
Strong fundamentals in engineering mechanics, finite element analysis (FEA), and crashworthiness.
