We are hiring Business Development Executives to sell residential plots across Bengaluru and its growth corridors. This role is also referred to as Sales Executive or Business Associate within our organisation.

What you will do




• Meet prospective customers and understand what they are looking for
• Conduct site visits and explain our projects, approvals, pricing and payment options
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and property consultants in your area
• Generate leads through field activity, referrals and partner networks
• Follow up consistently with interested customers until closure
• Close plot bookings and support customers through the initial documentation
• Maintain accurate records of your leads and activity in our CRM

What we are looking for
• Any graduate. Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Good spoken Kannada and English. Hindi or Tamil is an advantage
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
• Willingness to work in the field daily and travel across Bengaluru's outskirts
• Comfortable working towards a monthly target
• Presentable, and genuinely willing to learn

Good to have
• Any prior sales experience
