We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities & Property Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day management of residential, hospitality, or luxury property facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple operational activities, working with vendors and service providers, and ensuring that properties are maintained to high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
As part of the facilities and property operations team, you will assist in managing maintenance activities, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other essential support services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution, preventive maintenance execution, and efficient property operations while maintaining accurate records and compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities




Coordinate daily maintenance and operational activities across common areas and assigned properties.
Manage and monitor service providers for housekeeping, security, gardening, maintenance, and other support functions.
Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities, common areas, and managed properties to identify maintenance or operational requirements.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and coordinate appropriate resolutions with vendors and contractors.
Liaise with contractors and external service providers to ensure work is completed efficiently and meets required quality standards.
Maintain maintenance logs, inspection reports, inventory records, service schedules, and operational documentation.
Support compliance with company procedures, safety guidelines, and operational standards across all managed properties.
