Position - Process Engineer | Immediate Joinee Preferred
Location - Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Qualifications - B.E. / B. Tech. - Chemical
Experience - 5+ years of experience in detailed design and engineering
Industry - Oil & Gas

Responsibilities
Preparation of Process Basis Design, P&ID;, PFD and utility diagram
Heat and Material Balance.
HYSIS Simulation.
Preparation of Calculations Sheets, Process Data sheets for all equipment.
Sizing of equipment / piping etc.
Preparation of Operating Manual
Review of process related Vendor documentations.
Participate in HAZOP / Design Review meeting etc.
Review client drawings and documents.
Liaise with client to resolve any project technical issues
Knowledge of international code and practices like API / BS related to process engineering is essential.

Technical Required Skills
Good knowledge of Process Engineering and type of Equipment in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Fertilizers , Storage and Tank farm




Valuable knowledge of process controls and safeguarding
Ability to apply different International Design Code requirement like API , NFPA , BS , Shell DEP.
Ability to perform all type of process design calculation
Skill to produce error free calculation and documents
Hand on experience with Process engineering software's
Communication skills
