The CCE at IISc Bengaluru is looking for skilled and motivated Technical Assistants to support the operational and technical management of continuing education courses and digital learning environments. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting in the direct conduct of courses, managing online learning platforms, and providing comprehensive support for various educational, workshop, and training activities managed by the center.

Key Responsibilities
Assist faculty, instructors, and course teams in the smooth conduct of courses at CCE.
Actively monitor, moderate, and respond to participant queries in the online course discussion forums.
Participate in and provide logistical and administrative support for various CCE continuing education related activities, workshops, and events.
Assist in the maintenance, course management, and backend tracking of student engagement on the learning management platform.
Coordinate with faculty members, office staff, and technical teams during the execution of training programmes.
Maintain proper documentation, data entries,



and records of student participation and course progression.
Follow institutional guidelines regarding course administration, content delivery, and support standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Eligibility / Educational Qualification: B. Tech / B.Sc, BCA or a 3-year Diploma in Engineering / Technology from a recognized University or Institute.
Office Automation: High proficiency in using all major Office tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent open-source software) for data documentation and management.
LMS Operations: Must be comfortable working with and configuring the Moodle LMS platform.
Communication Skills: Valuable verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with faculty, students, and institutional staff.
Platform Management: Ability to handle online discussion forums, track responses, and manage student queries systematically.
