Have at least 6 months to 2 years working on cloud-based, customer-facing systems in production
Exposure to platform, infra-adjacent, or enablement teams
Bring a robust product development mindset, not just technical execution
Have experience designing cloud-native architectures — APIs, services, data models, and trade-offs
Have built and operated distributed, microservice-based systems
Are comfortable owning systems that are used by multiple teams
Have hands-on experience with cloud platforms and databases
