The IT Infrastructure Analyst ensures the reliability, security, and performance of the organization's IT infrastructure.



This role involves analyzing infrastructure requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing upgrades, and supporting business operations through effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Manage user access, security controls, and system compliance requirements.
Perform system backups, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity planning.
Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects.
Work with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and diagrams.
