DSCI is seeking a energetic and technically proficient Specialist – Cyber Security Technology to lead cybersecurity skilling initiatives and industry engagements from its Mumbai office. The primary focus of this role is to drive capacity building in AI for Cybersecurity, Generative AI Security, AI-driven Threat Detection, Secure AI Adoption, and other emerging cybersecurity technologies. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and delivering advanced technical training programs, managing cybersecurity skilling initiatives, engaging with industry partners, and promoting adoption of next-generation cybersecurity practices across enterprises, academia, and government stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in modern cybersecurity technologies, with hands-on knowledge of AI-enabled security solutions, emerging cyber threats, and evolving security frameworks. The role demands excellent technical training, stakeholder engagement, and program management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead DSCI's technical engagements with industry partners across Mumbai,



with a robust focus on AI in Cybersecurity and emerging security technologies.
Design and deliver instructor-led training programs on topics including Generative AI Security, AI for SOC, AI-powered Threat Intelligence, Secure AI Development, Cloud Security, Zero Trust Architecture, Identity Security, Application Security, and AI Governance.
Develop and continuously update technical curricula, hands-on labs, demonstrations, and learning pathways aligned with the latest cybersecurity and AI advancements.
Manage end-to-end cybersecurity skilling programs, certifications, workshops, bootcamps, and enterprise learning initiatives.
Collaborate with technology partners, academic institutions, industry experts, and government organizations to promote AI-enabled cybersecurity capability development.
