Zycus is seeking a highly motivated Senior Spend Consultant to lead the functional implementation of its AI-powered Spend Management solutions. The role involves working closely with global customers to understand business requirements, configure solutions, drive implementation workshops, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess robust procurement domain expertise, excellent consulting skills, and an interest in leveraging AI to improve implementation efficiency.

Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune

Key Responsibilities
Lead functional implementation of Zycus Spend Management solutions across Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules.
Conduct discovery sessions, requirement gathering, solution design workshops, and business process mapping with customers.
Configure the application based on customer requirements and best practices.
Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
Support integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics,



and other enterprise applications.
Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve functional issues and deliver successful implementations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices to customers.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.

AI Skills & Initiatives

Leverage AI and GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve solution documentation, business analysis, test case generation, and implementation efficiency.
Identify opportunities to automate implementation activities and improve customer onboarding.
Promote AI-enabled consulting practices and contribute to internal AI adoption initiatives.
