What You’ll Do
· Own the company’s growth strategy across the entire customer journey - from awareness to advocacy.
· Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth opportunities across customer acquisition, conversion, retention, pricing, partnerships, product, and customer experience.
· Build and lead a culture of experimentation by continuously testing new ideas, measuring outcomes, and scaling what works.
· Drive profitable customer acquisition across both existing and emerging channels.
· Improve website conversion,



customer journeys, retention, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value.
· Turn customer insights and business data into actionable growth strategies.
· Define, track, and improve key business and growth metrics.
· Partner closely with the founders and collaborate across creative, product, operations, customer experience, and external partners to bring growth initiatives to life.

What We’re Looking For
· 5–7 years of experience in Growth or scaling a D2C/consumer online business.
· A proven track record of driving meaningful business growth, not just managing marketing channels.
· Solid commercial thinking with a deep understanding of customer behaviour.
· Highly analytical, naturally curious, and passionate about experimentation.
· Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
· High ownership - you think like a founder and take responsibility for outcomes.
· Thrive in fast-paced env
