Summary of the Role

This is not a maintain-the-status-quo role. As Web Marketing & AI Strategy Manager, you’ll own Netchex’s web presence end-to-end — publishing at high volume, keeping the site performant, and driving measurable SEO results — while leading the charge on how AI and automation can make our marketing engine faster and smarter. You come in with a 30/60/90 plan, a point of view on our platform, and the drive to keep improving both.

Key Responsibilities

Web Publishing & Content Execution





Publish and maintain high volumes of pages — blogs, listicles, landing pages, industry and campaign pages — on tight daily and weekly deadlines.
Translate briefs and design mockups into polished, on-brand web pages across any CMS.
Own internal linking, page hierarchy, and site navigation as the content library scales.
Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing to execute campaigns end-to-end.

AI Workflows & Automation

Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, etc.) daily to accelerate content production, SEO optimization, and page creation.
Build automated workflows that eliminate manual, repetitive work — publishing pipelines, tagging, scheduling, and reporting.
Evaluate and own the AI tool adoption roadmap across the marketing stack.
Optimize content presence for LLM and AI-powered search surfaces (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).
