The Sr Workday Reporting Analyst is responsible for creating easy and complex Workday reports and dashboards for a wide array of end users. This role has responsibility for the administration and improvement of the Workday reporting processes and is responsible for understanding the company's Workday data in an effort to translate business requirements into understandable and user friendly reports and dashboards.
The information provided by the Sr Workday Reporting Analyst through reporting and dashboards will be used to inform leaders and business processes, as well and play a key part in decision making for the company and HR organization. This role is responsible for developing reports and dashboards for all HR functions in support of business needs, as well as developing them for various parts of the business, ensuring the integrity of the data provided. A customer focused approach, balanced with intimate data knowledge, is key to proactively identifying opportunities and translating business needs effectively.
