The company is profitable, self-funded and has exhibited strong quarter-on-quarter growth in the last 7 years. The company has offices in India as well as the USA and serves global markets including the UK, USA, Europe, Australia, Middle East and Southeast Asia. Handelnine Global is currently in a phase of rapid growth with recent brands and markets being launched every quarter.

Role and Responsibilities

Work as part of the Growth team, reporting directly to the Growth Head.
Own the end-to-end B2B sales funnel, from first customer interaction through quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and overseeing post-sale relationship management.
Convert inbound B2B leads into profitable, well-margined orders through proactive follow-ups, commercial negotiation, and timely proposal management.
Engage directly with prospective customers across global markets via phone calls and email to build relationships, drive conversions,



and cultivate long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
Take ownership of key B2B growth metrics, including revenue, gross margin, lead conversion, repeat business, pipeline health, and quarterly sales targets.
Manage the sales pipeline by prioritising opportunities, maintaining accurate trackers, meeting response timelines, and ensuring consistent follow-through.
Drive the expansion of our B2B business by identifying and developing new lead generation channels, including global B2B marketplaces.
Handle bulk order enquiries across a diverse range of product categories, including electronics, beauty & cosmetics, health & nutrition, home & kitchen, toys & games, fitness, fashion, and more.
Work closely with internal procurement teams to source the right products at competitive prices, ensuring commercial viability while meeting customer requirements.
