Zycus is seeking a Program Manager – Implementation to lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS / ERP implementations for global customers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex digital transformation programs across ERP, supply chain, procurement, finance, HR tech, CRM, or other enterprise technology platforms.

We are specifically seeking professionals with an AI-first mindset who embrace innovation, continuously explore emerging technologies, and can effectively integrate AI-driven approaches into enterprise implementation and transformation programs.
The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and change management strategies, particularly for large-scale global rollouts and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation programs for Zycus enterprise SaaS solutions across global customers.
Drive successful execution of multiple enterprise implementation projects across diverse industry verticals and geographical regions.
Conduct project kick-off meetings to establish objectives, scope, deliverables, governance structure, and customer expectations.
Track project progress and ensure timely delivery by managing scope, timelines, cost, quality, dependencies, and change requests.
Draft, review, and obtain sign-off on Statements of Work (SOW), project plans, and implementation deliverables.
Lead governance cadences including weekly status reviews, steering committee meetings, escala
