About the Role:
The DDQ Analyst plays an significant role in supporting AlphaSense’s global sales process by helping respond to client Due Diligence Questionnaires accurately, consistently, and on time. This role sits at the intersection of Compliance, Sales, ITSecurity, Cyber, and Risk, giving the analyst strong exposure to how a global SaaS company supports enterprise customers, protects data, and manages compliance requirements.
This is a high-volume, process-driven role suited to someone who enjoys structure, attention to detail, and working in a fast-paced business environment. The analyst will use approved response content, documented procedures, and AI-assisted tools to move DDQs through the workflow efficiently, while also learning how to identify questions that require input from subject matter experts.
