We're looking for a Shopify Merchandising & Growth Executive to own the day-to-day management, merchandising, optimization, and performance of our Shopify storefront. This role combines catalog management, conversion rate optimization (CRO), pricing, promotions, inventory coordination, and Shopify administration to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesShopify Store Management
Manage the daily operations of the Shopify store.
Maintain collections, navigation, homepage banners, landing pages, and category pages.
Ensure all product pages are accurate, optimized, and up to date.
Monitor and resolve website issues, broken links, and performance errors.
Coordinate theme updates and implement Shopify best practices.
Merchandising & Catalog Management
Manage SKU onboarding, product variants,



collections, and brand pages.
Organize seasonal collections, campaign collections, and promotional merchandising.
Optimize product images, descriptions, and merchandising layouts.
Ensure inventory visibility across all products.
Pricing & Promotions
Configure discounts, coupon codes, automatic discounts, BOGO offers, free gifts, loyalty offers, and shipping promotions.
Manage sale pricing and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate dynamic pricing strategies where applicable.
Inventory & Vendor Management
Track inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and inventory synchronization.
Monitor low-stock alerts, safety stock, and stockouts.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure inventory availability and timely replenishment.
Analyze rapid-moving and slow-moving inventory.
Track vendor performance and GMV contribution.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, product pages,
