As a Scrum Master-Manager, you will lead and guide teams in the testing and quality assurance of Guidewire applications, confirming they meet desired standards and perform effectively. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. You are responsible for engaging, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality work, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects,



overseeing their planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will mentor junior staff, fostering their development and encouraging them to expand their skills. By analyzing and identifying system interactions, you will uphold professional standards and navigate complex client needs. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing client accounts and driving strategic planning, all while articulating our purpose and values with integrity and authenticity.

Responsibilities

Manages Agile ceremonies, sprint tracking, and delivery governance for the offshore Integration team.
Removes blockers, maintains the team backlog, tracks velocity and burn-down, and provides delivery status reporting to onshore Integration leadership.
