Role Description The Reservations Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.



This position is responsible for handling inbound reservation inquiries, managing room bookings across Aspen Hospitality properties, and converting leads into confirmed stays while ensuring accurate and timely information is provided to guests and partners. Daily tasks include responding to phone and email queries, preparing quotations, updating reservation systems, coordinating with resort teams on availability and special requests, and supporting group bookings for weddings, corporate events, and tours. The specialist will maintain high standards of guest service, follow company sales processes, and contribute to revenue goals through effective upselling and cross-selling of rooms, packages, and experiences. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, resolving reservation-related issues, and providing occasional support in training recent team members on reservation and sales procedures.
