Role Description The Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to NEAT India’s standards of taste, presentation, and nutrition. Daily tasks include preparing and cooking menu items, following portion and plating guidelines, maintaining high levels of hygiene and food safety, and coordinating with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.



The role involves supporting customized meal plans, assisting with private dining and catering events, and contributing ideas for nutritionally focused, creative dishes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with the wider culinary team and adherence to NEAT India’s luxury service standards.
Qualifications
Culinary skills in hot and cold kitchen preparation, sauce work, and plating, with attention to detail and consistency.
Knowledge of nutrition-focused cooking, healthy meal preparation, and experience working with dietary requirements and client-specific preferences.
Robust kitchen operations capabilities, including time management, station organization, inventory awareness, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborative skills for working within a brigade system, including clear communication with chefs, service staff, and management.
