Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead who can lead and manage a high-performing marketing team while driving lead generation, brand growth, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, performance marketing, SEO, and team management.



The candidate must have successfully managed cross-functional marketing teams and consistently delivered quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the complete marketing team to achieve business goals.
Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing strategies.
Plan and manage lead generation campaigns focused on quality lead acquisition.
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI across all marketing channels.
Handle and guide cross-functional teams including:
SEO
Performance Marketing
Digital Marketing
Graphic Design
Content Writing
Video Editing
Coordinate with designers and content creators for campaign execution.
Oversee website traffic growth, SEO performance, and organic visibility.
Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
