Role Description The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, presenting PagarNote’s attendance and payroll solutions to prospective clients, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Day-to-day activities include conducting product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals,



while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to encourage renewals and upselling. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback from the field, track market trends, and support campaign execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, requiring regular in-person meetings and visits to client locations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, preferably in HR, payroll, or workforce management solutions.
Strong skills in lead generation, client prospecting, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Ability to deliver explicit product presentations and demos, explain technical features in simple terms, and handle objections effectively.
Negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
