What You'll Do
Own the top of the funnel for our global markets — researching target accounts, identifying the product and CX leaders who feel the pain we solve,



and opening conversations that turn into pipeline.
Craft sharp, personalized outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone — messaging that earns a reply because it speaks to a real problem, not a template.
Run thoughtful discovery on early calls to understand a prospect's world, qualify fit, and set up Account Executives with the context they need to win.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Product and the leadership team to test new segments, sharpen positioning, and feed what you learn on the front lines back into our go-to-market motion.
Become a genuine expert on the customer intelligence category — the market, our customers like Canva and Notion, and the competitive landscape — so every conversation carries weight.
Continuously raise the bar on your own craft: experiment with new sequences, channels, and plays, and share what works with the team.
