Job Description

The role

A senior, full-funnel operator who owns digital marketing outcomes across SEO, paid media, content, web, and analytics, and uses AI to execute at scale.

We already run on AI. You'll use our existing agents and tools, and we'll build new ones with you.

What you'll own

Strategy and outcomes across SEO, paid media (SEM and social), content, web, and analytics for a set of B2B clients.
Execution through AI, campaign builds and optimization, on-page and technical SEO, meta and schema, reporting, and insights, and the quality of everything they produce.
Performance diagnosis across channels, content, ads, website, tracking, targeting, and driving the fix.
Client communication: translating between client and internal teams,



and between content and paid; presenting and defending strategy to senior B2B stakeholders.
Full-funnel measurement and attribution, with context-rich reporting.
Content and pages made AI- and LLM-discovery-ready.
Work inside regulated, technical industries where accuracy and compliance matter.

What we're looking for

6–10 years in digital marketing with depth across more than one domain (e.g., SEO and paid, or paid and analytics).
Fluent with AI as a daily working tool, using it to plan, produce, analyze, and optimize marketing work.
A solid communicator and presenter, comfortable defending strategy with senior client stakeholders.
A sharp diagnostic instinct across channels.
Hands-on with GA4, Google Ads, Search Console, Looker Studio, Meta and LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush), tag management, and CRM/marketing-automation basics.
Comfortable owning outcomes solo, with high autonomy.
