We are looking for passionate, energetic, and result-oriented Area Sales Managers to drive business growth and expand our presence in Pune and Indore.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships to acquire current schools and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
Promote and sell Math Buddy Digital Learning Platform, Student Subscriptions, and Hands-on Math Lab Kits to schools.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, trustees, chairpersons, school management, and other key decision-makers.
Own the complete sales cycle for the assigned territory—from lead generation and school meetings to proposal,



negotiation, closure, and successful implementation.
Build and manage partnerships with educational institutions, foundations, CSR organizations, NGOs, government bodies, and strategic partners to expand Math Buddy's reach.
Execute local marketing initiatives, school workshops, seminars, and referral programs to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility.
Coordinate with the Academic, Training, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction.
Represent Math Buddy at education exhibitions, principal conferences, seminars, workshops, and school events.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and weekly activity reports.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet prospective schools and customers.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
