Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist (360° Digital Marketing)

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive with 2–5 years of experience in managing end-to-end (360°) social media operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, creating, executing, monitoring, and optimizing social media campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring strong brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities-
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
Create engaging content including captions, reels, stories, videos, carousels, blogs, and graphics in coordination with the design team.
Handle end-to-end social media management, including posting, scheduling, community management, and responding to comments and messages.




Run and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and identify emerging industry trends.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and strategic brand collaborations.
Manage online reputation by monitoring brand mentions and customer feedback.
Utilize AI tools for content generation, social media automation, and performance optimization.
Stay updated on to ends and optimize them according to the brand.

Required Skills-
Robust knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads, and YouTube Studio.
Understanding of social media advertising, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with Google Analytic
