Role Description The Field Service Technician role is a full time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role involves installing, commissioning,



and servicing battery-operated in-campus vehicles and on-road L5 commercial electric vehicles at customer locations. The technician will perform routine maintenance, diagnose technical issues, carry out repairs, and ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, documenting service activities, coordinating with the service team, and providing clear guidance to customers on vehicle operation and basic troubleshooting. The role also requires maintaining tools and equipment, following company procedures and safety protocols, and supporting continuous improvements in service quality.

Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of electric vehicle systems, batteries, motors, and basic electronics, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
Practical skills in mechanical maintenance, assembly, wiring, and use of diagnostic tools for automotive or industrial equipment.
