Position Summary
The Field Officer, Sales will support the Steel Sales function in driving revenue growth, managing customer accounts, and ensuring seamless commercial operations.



The role requires strong industry understanding, customer engagement capability, and disciplined execution. The incumbent will manage key accounts, generate new business opportunities, coordinate cross-functionally for fulfilment, and support strategic initiatives led by the GM, Sales.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
· Manage sales for assigned products, geographies, and customer accounts in the steel portfolio.
· Identify and acquire current customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
· Execute pricing strategies, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals within defined margins and policies.
· Support the GM, Sales in expanding presence across new markets and customer segments.
