Job Summary

The Director, WRB Lending Fraud Risk Strategy is a permanent role that requires strong business acumen and deep knowledge and experience in the managing lending fraud risk strategy and tools. The role alaso requires understanding of WRB Credit products, tools and related client life cycle, along with understanding of fraud risk analytics and strategy. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of operating in a FIRST line capacity within Lending risk transformation domain and can respond flexibly and collaboratively to evolving fraud threat landscape. Candidate to have proven experience (15+ years) in Program management in collaboration with technology team to implement Lending risk/ Fraud Risk management capabilities. This is an individual contributor role and will also be responsible for facilitating the fraud risk forum and committee meetings, to ensure that there is consistent engagement and connectivity across all functions and CFCC stakeholders,



to enable lending external fraud risk management team and its stakeholders to manage external fraud risk in a robust and effective manner.

Key Skills

Proven leadership in fraud risk strategy across SME/ WRB lending portfolios.
Advanced understanding of Lending fraud risk typologies, lending products and associated control frameworks (Process and Technology).
Knowledge of fraud detection technologies, case management systems, analytics platforms and data driven decisioning to manage Lending external fraud risk.
Strong knowledge of WRB lending products, originations, portfolio management and associated fraud risk exposures.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior forums and committees.
Demonstrated ability to design and oversee fraud risk strategy, policies, governance frameworks and management information at country / regional / group level.
