Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to connect with potential customers through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads.
Explain Resolute's health and wellness services in a explicit and engaging manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Qualify leads and schedule consultations or appointments where applicable.




Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
Address customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
Meet daily call, follow-up, and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the clinical and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Stay updated on products, services, and ongoing campaigns.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Sales.
Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu preferred).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
