Coordinate with all project teams and collect, review and update the detailed project
plans and schedules, outlining the sequence of construction activities, timelines, and
resource requirement & allocation
Coordinate the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to ensure effective use of
resources and timely project execution
Track project progress against the schedule, adjust as necessary, and provide regular
updates and reports to stakeholders on the status of the construction activities.
Coordinate with project teams to create a common picture of the PgMC current and
future activities & resource requirement
