URoots by QHT Clinic is a leading hair wellness brand dedicated to providing personalized, non-surgical hair loss solutions. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Hair Counsellor to guide prospective clients and help them choose the right treatment and product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound consultation calls and follow up with leads.
Understand clients' hair concerns and recommend suitable URoots products and treatment plans.
Conduct detailed telephonic or virtual consultations with potential customers.
Explain treatment plans, pricing, benefits, and expected outcomes.
Convert inquiries into sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with doctors and the operations team whenever required.
Achieve monthly consultation and sales targets.
Ensure timely responses to customer queries across calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in counselling, inside sales, telecalling, or customer consultation.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or hair care will be preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
Strong customer-handling and objection-resolution skills.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
