Role Overview
As a Sales Manager – Channel Sourcing, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with Real Estate Channel Partners to drive business growth. The role requires developing strategic partnerships, strengthening the channel network, and ensuring seamless collaboration between channel partners and internal teams.
You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, expanding market reach,



and driving revenue through effective channel sales and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and develop relationships with Real Estate Channel Partners in line with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across assigned partner accounts.
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive profitable business growth through channel partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and Management, to ensure seamless execution and partner satisfaction.
Develop and implement joint business plans with channel partners by defining performance objectives, financial targets, and key growth milestones.
Continuously assess partner needs and provide customized solutions to maximize business opportunities.
Drive sales through channel partners by working closely with their sales teams to generate and convert leads.
