Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Interns to support our Growth team. The selected candidates will assist in lead generation, market research, outbound prospecting, CRM management, and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to business development processes and an opportunity to work closely with sales and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients across target industries and markets.
Build, maintain, and update lead databases with accurate prospect information.
Support outbound prospecting activities through email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
Identify and map key decision-makers within target organizations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business development initiatives.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead qualification, follow-ups,
and pipeline management.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and outreach materials.
Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Generate basic reports and provide insights on lead generation and outreach activities.
Support the planning and execution of GTM campaigns and other strategic growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
BBA/MBA students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must be based in Mumbai.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and internet research tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
