Job Description: Enterprise AI Sales Manager

DotKonnekt is a full-stack Enterprise AI company. We combine domain ontology, a proprietary agentic AI platform, and embedded delivery pods to take enterprises from AI strategy through production deployment. We serve retailers, consumer brands, manufacturing and distribution enterprises in the US and globally.
We are a Google Cloud AI Partner, Enterprise AI Knowledge Partner to Kellogg School of Management, and recognized by Constellation Research as an AI-first firm. Our customers include 30+ mid to large enterprises running our platform in production. We operate from India, Singapore, the UAE, and the US, with founders and senior leadership actively engaged in every deal.
What we are looking for
A seasoned, consultative enterprise seller who can shape and close complex AI transformation engagements with US enterprises in the target industries. You will own a new-logo quota, co-own close with founders, and take deals from qualified opportunity through commercial and legal close.




This is a hunter role at true enterprise deal size. You sell business outcomes, not features. You land logos at $1M+ ACV with multi-use case footprint and architect the expansion path of the relationship from day one.
You will take DotKonnekt’s full-stack offering to market: agentic AI products, the underlying platform, and embedded delivery. That means you are equally comfortable selling a focused first use case to a CTO, framing a multi-year transformation to a CEO, and structuring the commercial model with procurement. You think and operate as an AI-native seller.
Desired outcomes
Year 1 quota: ~$2M ARR in current logo enterprise revenue, with explicit ramp in the first two quarters
Land deals at $1M+ ACV anchor, structured with multi-use case scope, cross-sell hooks, and clear expansion roadmap into year 2 and beyond
Pipeline coverage of 3-4x quota maintained throughout the year, sourced from your own outbound, SDR-generated lead
