Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical IT Support Engineer with 6 to 9 years of strong end-to-end IT support experience. This role is ideal for someone who has worked across up-to-date IT environments and is comfortable supporting users, systems, tools, cloud platforms, networks, and business applications in a fast-paced setup.

The person should have in-depth experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows, Linux, Networking, Endpoint Support, Security Basics, and AI-enabled productivity tools. The role requires someone who can troubleshoot quickly, communicate clearly, and support both day-to-day IT operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
