Job Purpose: The role is responsible for leading and overseeing construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely and quality completion within budget. This role involves managing maintenance activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving innovation for cost effective project delivery and enhanced efficiency.

Project Site Head - Iron Ore
Preconstruction Planning
Lead discussions with stakeholders to understand project requirements, focusing on mineral processing techniques and material handling technologies.
Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare detailed project proposals, including budget estimates for management approval (NFAs).
Collaborate with the Engineering Review Committee (ERC) to create and finalize project drawings that incorporate advanced material handling and processing equipment, ensuring they meet project requirements and obtain necessary approvals from management.
Collaborate with the commercial team to float tenders, evaluate technical and price quotations, and assist in contractor negotiations, emphasizing the unique aspects of civil and specialized processing projects.
