About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Conversational AI Engineer to build reliable, intelligent, and scalable conversational AI systems powering our cognitive AI platform.
This role is intended for engineers who have personally designed, deployed,



and maintained production conversational AI or LLM systems. Candidates whose experience is limited to prototypes, hackathons, or proof-of-concept projects are unlikely to be a good fit.
You will architect modern LLM solutions, improve chatbot reliability, and deliver production-grade conversational experiences for real users.
Key Responsibilities
Design and improve production-grade conversational AI systems.
Architect RAG, fine-tuning, or hybrid LLM solutions based on product requirements.
Build reliable multi-intent chatbot workflows for text and voice.
Improve response quality, retrieval accuracy, latency, and reliability.
Optimize prompts, orchestration, and evaluation pipelines.
Develop automated testing and evaluation frameworks.
Diagnose and resolve production issues systematically.
Collaborate with AI, research, and product teams.
Document architecture, engineering decisions, and best practices.
