About the Role We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed QA Executive to ensure SOP compliance across our manpower, supervisors, and site operations. This role suits someone who has a natural eye for perfection and isn't afraid to hold people accountable.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits/inspections to check SOP adherence by ground staff and supervisors
- Identify gaps, deviations, and non-compliance; drive corrective action
- Maintain and update QA checklists, reports, and trackers in Excel
- Use app-based tools/platforms for daily audits, reporting, and tracking
- Coordinate with site supervisors and managers to enforce standards
- Prepare periodic quality reports for management review
- Train and guide staff on SOPs where gaps are identified
Requirements
- Proven experience in QA/operations within facility management, housekeeping, or related field
- Solid command over MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data tracking)
- Comfortable using mobile/app-based reporting tools
- Confident, commanding personality with strong follow-up and enforcement skills
- Sharp attention to detail — a genuine knack for spotting imperfections
- Willingness to be on ground as required
Preferred
- Prior experience in a multi-site facility management or FM company
- Bachelor's degree (any stream)
