QA Automation Engineer (Hybrid)

Location: Pune

We are seeking a QA Automation Tester to create test Cases, execution, reporting. Someone who is creative and proactive, to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms and architectures, diverse technologies and lab environments, executing automated test iterations, tracking & reporting test results, troubleshooting and coordinating bug fixes. The individual should have a strong understanding of agile processes and the related QA lifecycle and automation methodology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Automate Manual Test cases using Mobile and web any of the Automation Tools – Appium / Selenium Webdriver

- Developing automated test scripts and frameworks for improved mobile app performance.

- Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases

- Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function

- Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium & Appium

- Design, Execute and analyze automation test scripts & test results for Web and Mobile applications using iOS, Android & Flutter apps





- Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA/XRAY

- Assisting with the configuration of test environments.

- Suggesting new processes and policies to improve mobile development techniques. SKILLS

- Bachelors in engineering or similar degree

- Good experience in mobile application testing and development.

- Working knowledge of mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android. Flutter will be good to have

- Experience in developing automated test scripts.

- Ability to develop software applications using programming or scripting languages such as Java /Python

- Hands on experience in API testing using Cucumber, BDD, Gherkin, Postman

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to meet challenging deadlines and work in a rapid-paced environment.
