Position Details:
Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst
Function: Operations
Experience: 1-3 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality reviews of customer interactions and operational processes.
- Monitor, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Identify training needs and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Prepare quality reports and analyze trends to recommend process enhancements.
- Collaborate with operations leaders and training teams to improve service quality.
- Ensure consistency in quality standards across teams and locations.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement activities.
- Participate in calibration sessions and quality governance discussions.
Required Skills:
- Quality Assurance / Quality Monitoring experience.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer service and operations background.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service, Operations, or Call Center Quality.
- Knowledge of Gas & Electricity Industry and Retail Energy Markets is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with sales, marketing, and business operations processes.
