Position Summary The QE Test Lead – Master Data will provide end-to-end Quality Engineering leadership across enterprise Master Data platforms and capabilities, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, reliability, scalability, and quality of Master Data solutions. The role works closely with Product Managers, Data Governance teams, Engineering teams, Integration teams, and Business Stakeholders across Product, Customer, Vendor, Location, Material, and Reference Data domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Quality Engineering activities for enterprise Master Data platforms.

- Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies across Master Data domains.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, Integration, and Data Governance teams.

- Drive test planning, execution, automation, defect management, and release readiness.





- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, reliability, and scalability across MDM solutions.

- Support continuous quality improvements through automation and best practices.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of Quality Engineering / Testing experience.

- Robust hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) Testing.

- Expertise in Automation Testing for enterprise applications.

- Experience validating Product, Customer, Vendor, Material, Location, and Reference Data.

- Strong understanding of data quality, integration testing, and release validation.

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
