Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of Quality Engineering (QE) solutions for clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop test plans, and execute tests.

- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Appium, etc. to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on QA best practices, testing methodologies, and industry standards.

Job Requirements :

- 10-14 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related field with expertise in data quality, MDM testing, integration testing.

- Strong understanding of automation testing concepts using various tools such as Selenium WebDriver or Appium.

- Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders requiring robust communication skills.
