Role Description This is a full time, on-site QC (Quality Control) fresher role based at Ambani Orgochem Limited’s facility in Palghar. The role involves performing routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to established procedures and specifications.

The QC fresher will assist in preparing test reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.



Daily tasks include following safety protocols in the laboratory, supporting senior QC team members in testing and calibration activities, and promptly reporting any deviations or non-conformities. The position also requires collaboration with production and R&D; teams to support continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of chemistry and laboratory practices, preferably with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
- Ability to perform basic analytical tests, handle laboratory equipment safely, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in recording data, and ability to document results clearly and systematically.
- Understanding of basic quality control concepts, such as sampling, specification limits, and non-conformance reporting.
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards, with willingness to follow all plant and lab safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, report preparation, and use of laboratory or quality management software.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new testing methods, and grow within a fast-paced chemical and petrochemical industry setting.
