Overview: We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to join our team, overseeing testing efforts for Enterprise Order to Cash applications. The ideal candidate will lead a team of QA Testers of 10+ team size, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions through effective planning, execution, and release coordination.

Responsibilities:

- Overall, 12 plus years of experience in IT with 5 plus years of Test Lead experience.

- Plan and manage the work QA Testers responsible for testing a complex enterprise B2B order to cash platforms.

- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans based on project/product requirements and specifications.

- Be proficient in SAFe Agile ways of working.

- Work with various stakeholders like Product Owners, Architects, Scrum Masters to plan and coordinate testing activities across Agile Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with PI and sprint goals and timelines.

- Perform hands-on testing whenever required.

- Conduct regular team meetings, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, shift left testing and knowledge sharing.

- Manage testing process utilizing market leading SDLC management tools like JIRA, ADO

- Participate in release planning coordination as major stakeholder.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards,



testing best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Test or QA Lead with a strong emphasis on functional, API, integration, Automation, Performance and User Acceptance testing.

- Hands-on experience with testing of Enterprise B2B platforms.

- Expertise in Agile Scrum methodology and experience leading testing efforts in multiple and complex environments.

- Ability to create comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases tailored to project requirements.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in SAP Commerce B2B, SAP ECC ERP focused on SD, AWS Data Warehousing

- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

- Familiarity with other SAP modules and platforms.
