Job Title: QA Manager

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager with 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. The candidate will be responsible for leading the QA team, defining testing strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the QA team for manual and automated testing.

- Prepare test plans, test cases, and testing schedules.

- Ensure software quality through functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Coordinate with development and project teams to identify and resolve defects.

- Monitor testing progress, maintain quality metrics, and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

- Solid knowledge of Manual Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, SQL, and defect tracking tools (JIRA/Bugzilla).

- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks is preferred.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
