We are currently filling two roles: a QA Lead to drive quality strategy and UAT coordination, and a Senior QA Analyst focused on hands-on ETL data validation and reconciliation.

Both roles are critical in ensuring high data integrity, validating complex data pipelines, and maintaining zero-defect production releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Test Strategy & Planning: Define, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, automation strategies, and coverage frameworks across systems.
- ETL & Data Testing: Plan and execute complex ETL testing to validate data pipelines, transformations, schema changes, and business logic.
- Data Reconciliation: Perform automated and manual reconciliation to verify data completeness, accuracy, and consistency between source and target systems using advanced SQL.
- Release Validation: Lead post-deployment validation and release readiness assessments to ensure smooth, zero-defect production cutovers.
- UAT Facilitation: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, managing test scripts, defect triage, and formal sign-offs.
- Leadership (Lead Level): Direct offshore/onshore testers, manage defect lifecycles,



and serve as the main point of contact for quality sign-offs.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

- Test Strategy: Solid background in defining quality processes, test estimation, and defect management workflows.
- ETL Testing: Deep experience validating data lakehouse/warehouse pipelines, transformations, and mappings.
- Data Reconciliation: Proven track record in data auditing, record-level matching, checksums, and source-to-target verification.
- Release Validation: Hands-on experience with production smoke testing, deployment validation, and release readiness.
- UAT Management: Ability to guide non-technical business users through acceptance testing and prioritize business feedback.
- SQL Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL for data validation, complex joins, and aggregations.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Synapse, or Snowflake).
- Experience with test management and tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail).
- Knowledge of automated testing tools for data and API validation.

Pay: ₹465,880.30 - ₹1,787,492.24 per year
